Discussion of the problems and approaches will be done simultaneously by each group since these become difficult to dissociate in any case and reviewed as a forum.

1. What are the derived conditions of working in complex situations or having to address wicked problems?

2. What in our present paradigms inhibits us from effectively dealing with the problem?
3. What should we be doing to better deal with the complex situations?

4. What principles can we derive from the ways that we propose to deal with complex situations?

5. What implications do these principles have on existing methods and approaches?
6. How can the generated principles and rules be institutionalized in organizations and individuals?

It is the focus and structure of the workshop to get through as many, if not all the questions within the two day workshop. The outcome of the workshops will dictate the potential for a governance document and/or a journal article.
